Reality Based Applied Karate
Reality Based Applied Karate
Being an Okinawan style of karate, we are predominantly a traditional application-based style. We encourage students to look further than the end of a movement and to look at the “space between” movements.
Although the “how” of a movement is important, we encourage students to place equal focus on the “why” of a movement. In so doing, we encourage critical thinking and look to explore movement and what is “hidden” in between.
