Adults Karate

Adults Karate

Key goals for adults are fitness and health. Karate not only offers a physical workout like no other, but also helps to develop key life preservation skills.

The training of karate helps to develop a healthy, disciplined lifestyle and in so doing renewed energy levels.

Adults tend to have less mobility in their joints as they age. Karate helps to develop flexibility around the joints in combination with strengthening the muscles to provide better mobility.

The ongoing acquisition of self defence skills helps to develop confidence and awareness of one’s surroundings. The learning of karate is an ongoing journey that can be started at any age.

Our dojos are community driven and offer the opportunity of making healthy friendships as we cheer each other on in the pursuit of our individual goals.
